What was clear on the tape was the $7.25 bounce that would at times shoot all the way to VWAP.

In the moment, I was glad to have restarted the platforms as it gave me a different perspective of how price action was now moving: I ended up having to restart both platforms, which fixed the price mismatch issue. I really didn't want to exit as I've been working on being patient but I wasn't sure what was happening and as part of my REASONS2SELL, I thought it be best to hit out and re-enter. As we consolidated at this $7.30 - $7.45 level, I noticed a very sudden change in the way we were moving and noticed my T&S within my TradeStation broker wasn't in sync with my TD Ameritrade broker. I was glad to be in the short and the chart looked very clean. The levels were very clear and I entered a $7.60 entry short but wasn't filled 'til $7.34. The news today finds the stock at a pre-market high of $8.84 consolidating well above VWAP. It rebounded briefly to $10.60 before plummeting to a low of $4.49. Prior to the investigation, the stock was trading at $22 per share before dropping all the way to $8/share. I'm currently watching $EAR, which is currently skyrocketing from $4.75 to $8.84 over news that it's criminal investigation is no longer active having been referred to the the civil division. CATALYST: Criminal Investigation moved to Civil Investigation - Stock Skyrocketed Tech, Healthcare, Consumer Discretionary, Communication There were some strong movements to the downside at 10A after announcing treasury yields increase, but the market soon bounced back. There wasn't much happening with the market today as it traded within the $465 - $470 range opening and closing at around the same levels.
